Philip Lelliott
Director
Philip is a chartered engineer with 20 years senior management experience in the engineering and automotive sectors. He has served as Chief Executive and Vice President in a number of UK and American multinational manufacturing companies, both publicly quoted and private. Philip is a graduate in production engineering from Brunel University and fluent German speaker.
Gary Lamb
Finance Director and Company Secretary
Gary is a qualified accountant who has gained extensive business experience in senior roles over the past 20 years in both publicly and privately owned companies. Up until 2007, he spent the last 10 years on the board of a world-class, innovative company with manufacturing operations across the globe. Gary was a key member of a successful team that delivered impressive profit growth and played a leading role in 2 leveraged MBO sales to private equity houses.
Dr Ralf Speth
Non-Executive Director
Dr Ralf Speth was appointed to the post of Chief Executive Officer at Jaguar Land Rover on February 18, 2010. Prior to this appointment, Dr Speth was Head of Global Operations at the international industrial gases and engineering company, The Linde Group, having joined the company as Vice President of Operations in 2002.
Gaining a degree in Engineering from Rosenheim University, Germany, Ralf worked as a business consultant for a number of years before joining BMW in 1980. Having served BMW for 20 years, Ralf joined Ford Motor Company's Premier Automotive Group as Director of Production, Quality and Product Planning. Ralf earned a Doctorate of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Warwick University.
Clive Parrish
Non-Executive Director
Clive has an extensive banking background having worked with Midland Bank and HSBC for 30 years, ultimately as Area Director of HSBC, Isle of Man.
During his time at Midland/HSBC Clive worked primarily in UK Retail, Corporate and Commercial Banking in ‘front-line’ relationship and management roles. On the Isle of Man he was responsible for HSBC’s retail operation and its International Business and Trust Corporation.
Clive is a Chartered Director and retains a small portfolio of Non-Executive Directorships which include a fully-listed Investment fund and a subsidiary of a fully-listed Insurance company. He is approved by both the FSC and IPA.
He has a degree in Banking & Finance from Loughborough University, a Diploma in Management studies and holds the Diploma in Company Direction awarded by the Institute of Directors. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
